A week-long retreat in Bournemouth (UK) offering an opportunity of in-depth study to advance your understanding and skills in Chen style Taijiquan.
- Zhan Zhuang & Chan Si Gong
- Chen style Laojia or Xinjia
- Taiji Fan & revision of weapons
- Pushing Hands
Where appropriate, students will be separated according to their experience, sometimes coming together for common practice.
