More advanced practice for those with basic understanding of Yiquan. The weekend is not suitable for those that have not had a previous exposure to Yiquan.
The focus of the weekend will be to practise the Yiquan exercises - zhan zhuang, moli, shili, mocabu and fali - in more detail and gain experience and understanding of the different sensations that accompany the practice.
