Chen Taiji Double-Fan

This seminar will give students an opportunity to learn the whole Chen Taiji Double-Fan form.

This form uses two fans and thus is more demanding on co-ordination but it is also more rewarding (as it trains the usually under-used arm!).
Starting with basic skills of how to hold, open and close the fans, we shall then learn and practice individual moves and short sequences which will later be linked to form the Taiji Double-Fan form.
