Chen Taiji Fan

This seminar will give students an opportunity to learn, or to improve, the whole Chen Taiji Fan form.

Starting with basic skills of how to hold, open and close the fan, we shall then learn and practice individual moves and short sequences which will later be linked to form the Taiji Fan form.

The participants who had already learned the form will be given more detail to stretch them, too!
