This seminar will give students the opportunity to learn the Chen Taiji Fan Fast Form.
This is a shorter form than the first Fan Form but includes faster and more explosive moves which are more demanding on coordination. However, it is possible to perform the form at the same pace as the first form.
This seminar is suitable only for those who already know the first form.
