In this seminar students will learn the Chen Taijiquan method of shaking spear/staff for development of explosive whole-body power.
Students should bring their own staff, if possible. Any length from 6 upwards; white waxwood or rattan is preferable but it is also possible to work just with a broom handle! There will be a limited number of staffs and rattans available for those who cannot bring their own - please let us know when booking.
