Yigong are special exercises that use strong mental component (kinaesthetic images) to integrate intent and movement. These kind of exercises promote harmony and balance between body and mind and enable a faster developent of Internal Power.
Taiji Ruler exercises introduced in this seminar are excellent for developing sensitivity and coordination that will help greatly in achieving dantian-led movement. Depending on interest of the participants, we may also practice Taiji Bang exercises for stretching and strengthening hands and arms.
If you don't have a taiji ruler, bring an ordinary rolling pin or similar.
